Lease or Rental of Real Property
Because of the time required to set up a lease or rental agreement for real property (office space, campsite, etc.), it is suggested that departments contact Procurement Services for assistance at least three (3) months in advance of the desired starting date of the lease or rental agreement.
The Office of the President has directed that no real property or immovables be leased or rented by the University without the prior approval of the Board of Supervisors.
Advertising requirements and board meeting schedules make it imperative that the lease and rental process be started as early as practical.
