Teresa V. Wilson

Teresa WilsonTeresa V. Wilson completed her bachelor’s degree in Anthropology at Northern Arizona University in 2007 and a master’s degree in Anthropology at Louisiana State University in 2009.  

She completed her PhD in Anthropology at the University of Arkansas in May 2014.

Her bioarchaeological research has focused on health, nutrition, and stress in Jordan and California.  

Teresa worked at the LSU FACES Laboratory as a Research Associate from 2009 to 2010.  She returned to the FACES Lab as an Assistant Professor of Research in 2014, where she assists in forensic case work, conducts research, and supervises the Louisiana Repository for Unidentified and Missing Persons Information Program.  

She is a member of the American Association of Physical Anthropologists, the Paleopathology Association, the American Schools of Oriental Research, and the Physical Anthropology Section of the American Academy of Forensic Sciences.
