Biography
Rachel Peng, Ph.D., is an assistant professor in digital advertising at the LSU Manship School of Mass Communication. Peng's research lies at the intersection of digital advertising strategies and health decision-making, with a focus on the power of social media health campaigns. Through the use of computational methods, including social network analysis and text mining, her work has also studied the complex ways individuals interact with and process online health information. Peng earned a Ph.D. in mass communications from The Pennsylvania State University.
