With over 25 years’ experience in STEM education, Adrienne is the Director of Student Leadership and Engagement for the LSU College of Engineering. In this role, she consults with faculty on broader impacts of their research, manages transitional programs for first-year students, oversees initiatives to increase student retention, and facilitates many student enrichment programs. Adrienne has B.S. and M.S. degrees in zoology and an Education Specialist Certification (Ed.S.) in science education. When she is not on a camping adventure in the wilderness, she enjoys relaxing with a cup of coffee, a good book, and a cat on her lap.

Boz holds a bachelor’s degree in English and an MFA in Creative Writing from Virginia Commonwealth University. He is the Director of Student & Faculty Development for the LSU College of Engineering, where he manages the Communication across the Curriculum program for the College. He has published and presented numerous works related to communication-intensive pedagogy in engineering, and his creative works have appeared in a variety of journals and magazines, including Copper Sails and Red Rock Review. His hobbies include drumming, martial arts, and spending quality time with his dog, Sophie.

Jessica is the Student Support Coordinator for the LSU College of Engineering. She holds a Master of Educational Leadership and a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from Southeastern Louisiana University. With over a decade of experience working with students, Jessica manages the EXCELD Tutoring program for engineering students, oversees the Chevron Center Studio employees, and assists with numerous student enrichment programs.
