ROGER HADFIELD OGDEN HONORS COLLEGE
Welcome to the Roger Hadfield Ogden Honors College!
The Ogden Honors College engages a diverse population of high-achieving students in
a dynamic interaction of outstanding instruction, innovative research, and public
service. We help our students make the most of their undergraduate experience. Here,
we offer an established curriculum, the opportunity for research, and faculty mentorship.
Our small, seminar-based courses will give you a more dynamic and personal academic
experience—one that will define you as a scholar and an individual beyond your time
at LSU. We also understand that excellence transcends the classroom, so we champion
holistic learning, cultural awareness, and community engagement. Our campus within
a campus will become your home away from home. Here, your interests and aspirations
guide your education, allowing you to serve your community, study abroad, conduct
research, and prepare for your career. Here, you have the freedom to explore. By the
time you walk across that stage and receive your diploma, you will have the skills
and knowledge to go forth and create the future you have always wanted.
