Sample Submission
Sample submission services are provided through electronic means by using the form link below. The sample submission sequence is the following
- User fills in the form
- SLMBR staff reviews the request, assign an ID and approves the request
- User and PI receive email confirmations
- User prints the PDF form for the ubmission, which is attached ot their email confirmation
- User brings samples and printed form to the 230 Chemistry and Materials Building
For non-LSU Users
LSU requires external user to complete and sign a Sale of Service agreement. This is a contract that states the condition under which LSU will provide services to external users. The SoS contract is renewed on a yearly basis with expiration on June 30 of each year, and it contains the fee structure for the current fiscal year.
If you are not associated with LSU or plan to pay with non-LSU funds, please complete download and complete the form below and send it to slmbr@lsu.edu. The SLMBR cannot provide analytical services until we have this contract signed.
